ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Mathew Ewing. I was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana. Growing up, I always had a passion for music. I started singing at two and started playing with my first band at 9. Now, at 29, I’m still enjoying the miracle that is music. 20 years of getting to see behind the curtain has shaped me as an artist and has given me a great appreciation for what I do. More importantly, it’s made me appreciate those have stood behind me all these year. My amazing band continues to help push me forward. My parents whom believed in when no one knew my name and still can be found at EVERY gig. My wife, whom has the patience of a saint, still lets me chase my dream of playing the big stages with my name up in lights. My friends and fans who have come to the gigs in rain, heat and so much more to support me. The Man upstairs whom blessed me with all the above.
